# Device Protection Information for Support

When contacting Aikido Support about Aikido Device Protection, please include the information below. This helps us troubleshoot issues faster and avoid unnecessary back and forth.

### What to include

Please share (in order of importance):

* A short description of the issue
* Submit a Diagnostics report (see below)
* Steps to reproduce, your OS, and screenshots
* Whether a VPN or ZTNA is enabled, such as Zscaler or Cloudflare WARP

### Run Diagnostics Command

Please run this command and attach the diagnostics logs. These logs usually show the root cause fastest. We only keep this data for as long as we need it to fix the problem.
