# Hexnode でデバイス保護を展開

必要な権限が設定された状態で、Hexnode UEM を使用して管理対象の macOS フリート全体に Aikido Device Protection を展開します。

## インストール

開始前に、Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボードから次のものを用意してください:

* その **Aikido Device Protection `.mobileconfig`** （ダウンロード元の [Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボード](https://app.aikido.dev/endpoint-protection/devices))
* その **Aikido Device Protection インストーラ** (`.pkg` ファイル、ダッシュボードからダウンロードした）

**Aikido Device Protection の構成プロファイルを追加**

1. Hexnode ポータルで、次へ移動します **ポリシー** そして、macOS 用の新しい空のポリシーを作成します。
2. 次の下で **macOS** タブで、次へ移動します **設定** に移動し、 **設定** の横にある **カスタム構成を展開**.
3. クリック **アップロード** を選択し、 `.mobileconfig` ファイル。
4. 移動先 **ポリシー対象**、ポリシーを対象のデバイスまたはデバイスグループに割り当てて、保存します。

このプロファイルにより、Aikido Device Protection のシステム拡張機能がサイレントで読み込まれ、ネットワークコンテンツフィルタが有効になり、ユーザーが「システム設定」→「ログイン項目」でバックグラウンドサービスを無効にできなくなります。

**Aikido Device Protection インストーラをアップロードする**

1. Hexnode ポータルで、次へ移動します **アプリ** → **+アプリを追加** → **エンタープライズアプリ**.
2. 次を選択します **macOS** をプラットフォームとして選択し、Aikido Device Protection をアップロードします `.pkg` ファイル。
3. アプリの詳細を入力して保存し、アプリインベントリへの追加を完了します。

**インストールポリシーを作成します**

1. Hexnode ポータルで、次へ移動します **ポリシー** そして、macOS 用の新しい空のポリシーを作成します。

3. アップロードした Aikido Device Protection アプリを追加します。

**正しい順序で展開する**

よりスムーズな展開のため、インストーラより先に構成プロファイルを展開します。

1. 〜を展開します **Aikido Device Protection** 構成プロファイルのポリシー。
2. 続行する前に、すべての対象デバイスに配信されたことを確認してください。Hexnode コンソールでデバイスのコンプライアンス状態を確認します。
3. 〜を展開します **Aikido Device Protection** インストールポリシー。

1. Hexnode ポータルで、次へ移動します **管理** → **デバイス** そして、対象のデバイスを選択します。
2. 選択 **アクション** → **デバイス制御** → **デバイスを再起動**.

**展開を確認する**

テストデバイスで次を確認します：

1. システム拡張機能が有効になっている：

   systemextensionsctl list | grep aikido
   ```

   拡張機能に次の表示があることを確認します： `[activated enabled]`.
2. 開く **システム設定** → **全般** → **ログイン項目と拡張機能** そして、Aikido Device Protection の項目をオフに切り替えられないことを確認します。

## トラブルシューティング

| 問題                            | 修正                                                                    |
| ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ユーザーにはまだポップアップが表示される          | 構成プロファイルが正しく対象設定され、パッケージポリシーが実行される前にインストールされていることを確認してください            |
| 拡張機能はユーザーの承認待ちです              | システム拡張機能のペイロードを確認し、チームIDとバンドルIDが完全に一致していることを確認してください                  |
| パッケージはインストールされますが、デバイスは接続しません | トークンスクリプトがパッケージのインストール前に実行され、トークンが正しくコピーされたことを確認してください                |
| 重複した拡張機能のエントリが表示される           | デバイスを再起動してください                                                        |
| コンテンツフィルタはサイレントに承認されません       | 再アップロードする `.mobileconfig` プロファイルを再アップロードし、デバイスにインストールされていることを確認してください |
