# JumpCloud でデバイス保護を展開

必要な権限を設定したうえで、JumpCloud を使用して管理対象の macOS フリート全体に Aikido Device Protection を展開します。

**必要なもの**

開始前に、Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボードから次のものを用意してください:

* その **Aikido Device Protection `.mobileconfig`** （ダウンロード元の [Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボード](https://app.aikido.dev/endpoint-protection/devices))
* その **Aikido Device Protection インストーラ** (`.pkg` ファイル、ダッシュボードからダウンロードした）

これらのいずれかが不足している場合は、 [Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボード](https://app.aikido.dev/endpoint-protection/devices)、次をクリックします: **Connect Device**に戻り、事前準備の手順を完了してください。

**Aikido Device Protection の構成プロファイルを追加**

1. JumpCloud 管理ポータルで、 **デバイス管理** → **ポリシー管理**.
2. クリック **(+)**、 **Mac** タブを選択し、 **MDM カスタム構成プロファイル**。クリック： **を設定します**.
3. ポリシーに名前を付けます（例: 「Aikido Device Protection」）。
4. 次の場所で **設定**、次をクリックします: **ファイルをアップロード** を選択し、 `.mobileconfig` ファイル。
5. 次を選択します: **デバイスグループ** タブで、ポリシーを対象のデバイスグループに割り当てます。
6. クリック **保存**.

このプロファイルにより、Aikido Device Protection のシステム拡張機能がサイレントで読み込まれ、ネットワークコンテンツフィルタが有効になり、ユーザーが「システム設定」→「ログイン項目」でバックグラウンドサービスを無効にできなくなります。

**Aikido Device Protection インストーラをアップロードする**

1. JumpCloud 管理ポータルで、 **デバイス管理** → **ソフトウェア管理** → **Apple**.
2. クリック **（+ 新規追加）** をクリックして、次を選択します: **JumpCloud プライベートリポジトリ**.
3. 〜を入力します **アプリケーション名** （例：「Aikido Device Protection」）。
4. 次の場所で **ファイルをアップロード**、Aikido Device Protection をアップロードし `.pkg` ファイルを選択し、 **アップロード**.
5. 処理が完了したら、 **デバイスグループ** タブで、アプリを同じデバイスグループに割り当てます。
6. クリック **保存**、その後インストールを確認します。

**正しい順序で展開する**

よりスムーズな展開のため、インストーラより先に構成プロファイルを展開します。

1. 割り当てて保存します **Aikido Device Protection** 構成ポリシー。
2. テストデバイスでインストールされていることを確認します（JumpCloud はデバイスグループ内での配信順序を保証しません）。
3. 〜を展開します **Aikido Device Protection** アプリを。

**インストール後にデバイスを再起動する**

1. JumpCloud 管理ポータルで、 **デバイス管理** → **コマンド**.
2. クリック **+ コマンド**、 **MDM コマンド**、 **デバイスを再起動**.
3. 同じデバイスグループに割り当てて、をクリックします **今すぐ実行**.

エージェントは次回の起動時に完全に有効化されます。

**展開を確認する**

テストデバイスで次を確認します：

1. システム拡張機能が有効になっている：

   ```bash
   systemextensionsctl list | grep aikido
   ```

   拡張機能に次の表示があることを確認します： `[activated enabled]`.
2. 開く **システム設定** → **全般** → **ログイン項目と拡張機能** そして、Aikido Device Protection の項目をオフに切り替えられないことを確認します。

## トラブルシューティング

| 問題                            | 修正                                                                    |
| ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ユーザーにはまだポップアップが表示される          | 構成プロファイルが正しく対象設定され、パッケージポリシーが実行される前にインストールされていることを確認してください            |
| 拡張機能はユーザーの承認待ちです              | システム拡張機能のペイロードを確認し、チームIDとバンドルIDが完全に一致していることを確認してください                  |
| パッケージはインストールされますが、デバイスは接続しません | トークンスクリプトがパッケージのインストール前に実行され、トークンが正しくコピーされたことを確認してください                |
| 重複した拡張機能のエントリが表示される           | デバイスを再起動してください                                                        |
| コンテンツフィルタはサイレントに承認されません       | 再アップロードする `.mobileconfig` プロファイルを再アップロードし、デバイスにインストールされていることを確認してください |
