# NinjaOne で Device Protection を導入

管理対象の macOS フリート全体に、必要な権限を設定した状態で Aikido Device Protection を展開するには、NinjaOne MDM を使用します。

開始前に、Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボードから次のものを用意してください:

* その **Aikido Device Protection `.mobileconfig`** （ダウンロード元の [Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボード](https://app.aikido.dev/endpoint-protection/devices))
* その **Aikido Device Protection インストーラ** (`.pkg` ファイル、ダッシュボードからダウンロードした）

**Aikido Device Protection の構成プロファイルを追加**

1. を開き、 `.mobileconfig` テキストエディタでファイルを開き、その XML の内容をコピーします。
2. NinjaOne 管理ポータルで、クリック **管理** 左側のナビゲーションペインで、 **ポリシー** ドロップダウンを開き、 **MDM ポリシー**.
3. クリック **新しいポリシーを作成** （または既存の macOS ポリシーを編集し）、 **Apple** をプラットフォームとして **macOS** をデバイスタイプとして選択します。
4. ポリシーに名前を付けます（例: 「Aikido Device Protection」）。
5. を開き、 **カスタムペイロード** セクションで、 **+ ペイロードを追加**.
6. で **ペイロードを追加** ダイアログで、名前（例: "Aikido Device Protection"）を入力し、 `.mobileconfig` ファイルの XML の全文を **コンテンツ** フィールドに貼り付けます。
7. クリック **更新** を保存し、次にポリシーを保存します。
8. ポリシーを対象の macOS デバイスグループに割り当てます。

NinjaOne は各カスタムペイロードを個別の MDM プロファイルとしてデバイスに展開します。Aikido `.mobileconfig` には必要なペイロードがすべて含まれているため、1 つの **ペイロードを追加** エントリで十分です。

このプロファイルにより、Aikido Device Protection のシステム拡張機能がサイレントで読み込まれ、ネットワークコンテンツフィルタが有効になり、ユーザーが「システム設定」→「ログイン項目」でバックグラウンドサービスを無効にできなくなります。

**Aikido Device Protection インストーラをアップロードする**

1. NinjaOne 管理ポータルで、 **管理** → **ライブラリ** → **自動化**.
2. クリック **+ 追加** をクリックして、次を選択します: **インストール**.
3. で **アプリケーションのインストール** ダイアログで、次の内容を入力します:
   * **名前：** Aikido Device Protection
   * **説明：** Aikido Device Protection
   * **オペレーティングシステム:** macOS
   * **インストーラ:** Aikido Device Protection をアップロードします `.pkg` ファイル。
   * **実行ユーザー:** システム
4. インストールパッケージを保存します。

**正しい順序で展開する**

よりスムーズな展開のため、インストーラより先に構成プロファイルを展開します。

1. を割り当てます **Aikido Device Protection** 設定プロファイルを含む MDM ポリシーを対象のデバイスグループに。
2. 続行する前に、テストデバイスでインストールされていることを確認します。
3. 〜を展開します **Aikido Device Protection** インストールパッケージを、オンデマンド実行または **一度だけ実行** スケジュールされたタスクを使用して同じデバイスに

展開をスケジュールする場合は、 **一度だけ実行** オプションを使用します（または **終了** を次に設定します: **後** および **回** を次に設定します: **1**）。繰り返しスケジュールでは実行のたびにパッケージが再インストールされるため、古いビルドが再展開される可能性があります。パッケージはデバイスごとに 1 回だけインストールする必要があります。

エージェントのインストールが完了したら、対象デバイスを再起動してください。エージェントは次回の起動時に完全に有効になります。

テストデバイスで次を確認します：

1. システム拡張機能が有効になっている：

   ```bash
   systemextensionsctl list | grep aikido
   ```

   拡張機能に次の表示があることを確認します： `[activated enabled]`.
2. 開く **システム設定** → **全般** → **ログイン項目と拡張機能** そして、Aikido Device Protection の項目をオフに切り替えられないことを確認します。

## トラブルシューティング

| 問題                            | 修正                                                                    |
| ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ユーザーにはまだポップアップが表示される          | 構成プロファイルが正しく対象設定され、パッケージポリシーが実行される前にインストールされていることを確認してください            |
| 拡張機能はユーザーの承認待ちです              | システム拡張機能のペイロードを確認し、チームIDとバンドルIDが完全に一致していることを確認してください                  |
| パッケージはインストールされますが、デバイスは接続しません | トークンスクリプトがパッケージのインストール前に実行され、トークンが正しくコピーされたことを確認してください                |
| 重複した拡張機能のエントリが表示される           | デバイスを再起動してください                                                        |
| コンテンツフィルタはサイレントに承認されません       | 再アップロードする `.mobileconfig` プロファイルを再アップロードし、デバイスにインストールされていることを確認してください |
