# Primo で Device Protection を導入

必要な権限を設定した状態で、Primo を使って管理対象の macOS フリート全体に Aikido Device Protection を展開します。

開始前に、Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボードから次のものを用意してください:

* その **Aikido Device Protection インストーラ** (`.pkg` ファイル、ダッシュボードからダウンロードした）

**Aikido Device Protection の構成プロファイルを追加**

1. Primo 管理コンソールで、次へ移動します。 **MDM** → **コントロール**.
2. クリック **コントロールを追加**、 **カスタムファイル**、そして次をアップロードします。 `.mobileconfig` ファイル。
3. 名前を付けます（例: 「Aikido Device Protection」）。
4. 対象のデバイスグループに適用して保存します。

このプロファイルにより、Aikido Device Protection のシステム拡張機能がサイレントで読み込まれ、ネットワークコンテンツフィルタが有効になり、ユーザーが「システム設定」→「ログイン項目」でバックグラウンドサービスを無効にできなくなります。

**Aikido Device Protection インストーラをアップロードする**

1. Primo 管理コンソールで、次へ移動します。 **MDM** → **ソフトウェア**.
2. クリック **アプリを追加** をクリックして、次を選択します: **カスタムアプリ**.
3. Aikido Device Protection をアップロードします `.pkg` ファイル。
4. 有効にしない **自動インストール** まだです。前の手順がすべての対象デバイスで完了したことを確認してから有効にしてください。
5. クリック **ソフトウェアを追加**.

**正しい順序で展開する**

よりスムーズな展開のため、インストーラより先に構成プロファイルを展開します。

1. 次を確認します： **Aikido Device Protection** 構成プロファイルがすべての対象デバイスにインストールされていることを確認します。コントロールの状態は MDM → Controls で確認してください。
2. その後で初めて次を開きます。 **Aikido Device Protection** MDM → Software のカスタムアプリを開き、次を有効にします。 **自動インストール**、そして保存します。

**インストール後にデバイスを再起動する**

エージェントパッケージがすべてのデバイスにインストールされたことを確認したら、対象デバイスを再起動してください。エージェントは次回の起動時に完全に有効化されます。

**展開を確認する**

テストデバイスで次を確認します：

1. システム拡張機能が有効になっている：

   ```bash
   systemextensionsctl list | grep aikido
   ```

   拡張機能に次の表示があることを確認します： `[activated enabled]`.
2. 開く **システム設定** → **全般** → **ログイン項目と拡張機能** そして、Aikido Device Protection の項目をオフに切り替えられないことを確認します。

## トラブルシューティング

| 問題                            | 修正                                                                    |
| ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ユーザーにはまだポップアップが表示される          | 構成プロファイルが正しく対象設定され、パッケージポリシーが実行される前にインストールされていることを確認してください            |
| 拡張機能はユーザーの承認待ちです              | システム拡張機能のペイロードを確認し、チームIDとバンドルIDが完全に一致していることを確認してください                  |
| パッケージはインストールされますが、デバイスは接続しません | トークンスクリプトがパッケージのインストール前に実行され、トークンが正しくコピーされたことを確認してください                |
| 重複した拡張機能のエントリが表示される           | デバイスを再起動してください                                                        |
| コンテンツフィルタはサイレントに承認されません       | 再アップロードする `.mobileconfig` プロファイルを再アップロードし、デバイスにインストールされていることを確認してください |
