# Rippling で Device Protection を導入

必要な権限を設定した状態で、Rippling を使って管理対象の macOS フリート全体に Aikido Device Protection を展開します。

開始前に、Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボードから次のものを用意してください:

* その **Aikido Device Protection `.mobileconfig`** （ダウンロード元の [Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボード](https://app.aikido.dev/endpoint-protection/devices))
* その **Aikido Device Protection インストーラ** (`.pkg` ファイル、ダッシュボードからダウンロードした）

**Aikido Device Protection の構成プロファイルをアップロードする**

1. Rippling で、 **IT** → **デバイス管理** → **設定** を選択し、 **macOS** タブ。
2. クリック **アップロード**.
3. 次を入力します： **ポリシー名** （例：「Aikido Device Protection」）。
4. 設定 **プラットフォーム** を次に設定します: **macOS**.
5. 次をドラッグ＆ドロップするか選択します： `.mobileconfig` ファイル。
6. クリック **保存して続行**.

Rippling では `.mobileconfig` アップロードは Mac から行う必要があります。別のオペレーティングシステムからアップロードすると、エラーなく失敗する場合があります。

このプロファイルにより、Aikido Device Protection のシステム拡張機能がサイレントで読み込まれ、ネットワークコンテンツフィルタが有効になり、ユーザーが「システム設定」→「ログイン項目」でバックグラウンドサービスを無効にできなくなります。

**構成プロファイルを展開する**

1. で **設定**、切り替えます **その他すべて** タブ。
2. 作成したばかりのプロファイルを見つけます。
3. 次をクリックします： **三点メニュー** 右側で選択し、 **展開**.
4. 対象の従業員またはデバイスを選択し、 **保存**.

**Aikido Device Protection インストーラをアップロードする**

1. Rippling で、 **IT** → **ソフトウェア**.
2. クリック **ソフトウェアをアップロード**.
3. 次の項目を入力します：
   * **名前：** Aikido Device Protection
   * **オペレーティングシステム：** macOS
   * **説明：** Aikido Device Protection
4. 次の場所で **インストーラファイルをアップロード**、Aikido Device Protection をドラッグ＆ドロップするか選択します `.pkg` ファイル。
5. クリック **送信**.
6. クリック **追加** 新しく作成したソフトウェア項目で、次をクリックします： **選択完了**.

**正しい順序で展開する**

よりスムーズな展開のため、インストーラより先に構成プロファイルを展開します。

1. 次を確認します： **Aikido Device Protection** 構成プロファイルがテストデバイスにインストールされていること。
2. 次を見つけます： **Aikido Device Protection** 次の下にあるソフトウェア項目： **IT** → **ソフトウェア**、次をクリックします: **編集**、対象の従業員またはデバイスを選択し、次をクリックします： **保存**.

Rippling で新しく作成されたソフトウェア項目は、展開できるようになるまで数分間「保留中」ステータスのままになる場合があります。

**インストール後にデバイスを再起動する**

1. Rippling で、 **IT** → **デバイス**.
2. 対象デバイスを選択し、次を選びます： **再起動** を一括操作メニューから（または個々のデバイスを開いて次を選択： **再起動** をデバイス操作から）。

エージェントは次回の起動時に完全に有効化されます。

**展開を確認する**

テストデバイスで次を確認します：

1. システム拡張機能が有効になっている：

   ```bash
   systemextensionsctl list | grep aikido
   ```

   拡張機能に次の表示があることを確認します： `[activated enabled]`.
2. 開く **システム設定** → **全般** → **ログイン項目と拡張機能** そして、Aikido Device Protection の項目をオフに切り替えられないことを確認します。

## トラブルシューティング

| 問題                            | 修正                                                                    |
| ----------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| ユーザーにはまだポップアップが表示される          | 構成プロファイルが正しく対象設定され、パッケージポリシーが実行される前にインストールされていることを確認してください            |
| 拡張機能はユーザーの承認待ちです              | システム拡張機能のペイロードを確認し、チームIDとバンドルIDが完全に一致していることを確認してください                  |
| パッケージはインストールされますが、デバイスは接続しません | トークンスクリプトがパッケージのインストール前に実行され、トークンが正しくコピーされたことを確認してください                |
| 重複した拡張機能のエントリが表示される           | デバイスを再起動してください                                                        |
| コンテンツフィルタはサイレントに承認されません       | 再アップロードする `.mobileconfig` プロファイルを再アップロードし、デバイスにインストールされていることを確認してください |
