# Omnissa Workspace ONE で Device Protection を導入

Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM を使用して、必要な権限を設定した状態で、管理対象の macOS フリート全体に Aikido Device Protection を展開します。

* その **Aikido Device Protection インストーラ** (`.pkg` ファイル、ダッシュボードからダウンロードした）

**Aikido Device Protection の構成プロファイルを追加**

1. Workspace ONE UEM コンソールで、次に移動します: **リソース** → **プロファイルとベースライン**.
2. クリック **追加**をクリックし、その後 **プロファイルをアップロード**.
3. 次を選択します **macOS** をアップロードし `.mobileconfig` ファイル。
4. クリック **保存して続行**.
5. プロファイルを対象のスマートグループに割り当てます。
6. クリック **保存して公開**.

このプロファイルにより、Aikido Device Protection のシステム拡張機能がサイレントで読み込まれ、ネットワークコンテンツフィルタが有効になり、ユーザーが「システム設定」→「ログイン項目」でバックグラウンドサービスを無効にできなくなります。

**Aikido Device Protection インストーラをアップロードする**

1. 次を生成します `.plist` Omnissa Admin Assistant Tool を使用して、パッケージ用のメタデータファイルを生成します: 次をドラッグ＆ドロップして `.pkg` ツールに。
2. Workspace ONE UEM コンソールで、次に移動します: **リソース** → **アプリ** → **ネイティブ** → **内部**.
3. 次の **追加** ドロップダウンで、次を選択します **アプリケーションファイル**.
4. Aikido Device Protection をアップロードします `.pkg` に移動し、 **保存**をクリックし、その後 **続行**.

6. アプリを同じスマートグループに割り当てて公開します。

**正しい順序で展開する**

よりスムーズな展開のため、インストーラより先に構成プロファイルを展開します。

1. 次を保存して公開します **Aikido Device Protection** 構成プロファイル。
2. テストデバイスにインストールされていることを確認します（Workspace ONE では、スマートグループ内での配信順序は保証されません）。
3. 次を公開します **Aikido Device Protection** アプリを。

**インストール後にデバイスを再起動する**

1. Workspace ONE UEM コンソールで、次に移動します: **デバイス** → **リスト表示**.
2. 対象のスマートグループにフィルターを絞り込み、すべてのデバイスを選択して、次をクリックします **その他の操作** → **再起動**.

エージェントは次回の起動時に完全に有効化されます。

テストデバイスで次を確認します：

1. システム拡張機能が有効になっている：

2. 開く **システム設定** → **全般** → **ログイン項目と拡張機能** そして、Aikido Device Protection の項目をオフに切り替えられないことを確認します。

## トラブルシューティング

| ユーザーにはまだポップアップが表示される          | 構成プロファイルが正しく対象設定され、パッケージポリシーが実行される前にインストールされていることを確認してください            |
| 拡張機能はユーザーの承認待ちです              | システム拡張機能のペイロードを確認し、チームIDとバンドルIDが完全に一致していることを確認してください                  |
| パッケージはインストールされますが、デバイスは接続しません | トークンスクリプトがパッケージのインストール前に実行され、トークンが正しくコピーされたことを確認してください                |
| 重複した拡張機能のエントリが表示される           | デバイスを再起動してください                                                        |
| コンテンツフィルタはサイレントに承認されません       | 再アップロードする `.mobileconfig` プロファイルを再アップロードし、デバイスにインストールされていることを確認してください |
