# Rippling で Device Protection を導入

必要な権限を設定したうえで、Rippling を使用して管理対象の Windows フリート全体に Aikido Device Protection を展開します。

開始前に、Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボードから次のものを用意してください:

* お客様の **PowerShell インストール コマンド** （ダッシュボードのユーザー グループ セレクターからコピーします。トークンとインストーラーのダウンロードが含まれます）

**管理対象デバイスでインストール コマンドを実行する**

1. Rippling で、 **IT** → **デバイス管理** → **スクリプト** （Windows 向けの PowerShell スクリプト ライブラリ）。
2. クリック **新しいスクリプト** をクリックして、次を選択します: **PowerShell** をスクリプトの種類として。
3. を設定します。 **名前** （例:「Install Aikido Device Protection」）。
4. 次を設定します。 **次のユーザーとして実行** コンテキストを **SYSTEM** これにより、インストーラーは Program Files に書き込み、サービスを登録する権限を持てます。
5. 次を設定します。 **スケジュール** を次に設定します: **一度だけ実行** これにより、対象の各デバイスでスクリプトが 1 回だけ実行されます。
6. Aikido Device Protection ダッシュボードからコピーした PowerShell インストールコマンドをスクリプト本文に貼り付けます。

**ロックダウン ポリシーを適用する**

1. Rippling で、 **IT** → **デバイス管理** → **スクリプト** に移動し、 **新しいスクリプト**.
2. 次を選択します **PowerShell**、設定し **次のユーザーとして実行** を次に設定します: **SYSTEM**、そして設定し **スケジュール** を次に設定します: **一度だけ実行**.
3. 次のスクリプトを本文に貼り付けます:

4. クリック **保存**をクリックし、その後 **展開** 同じデバイス グループに。

**インストール後にデバイスを再起動する**

Rippling では、デバイス一覧に Windows のワンクリック再起動アクションは表示されません。短いスクリプトで再起動を実行します:

1. Rippling で、 **IT** → **デバイス管理** → **スクリプト** に移動し、 **新しいスクリプト**.
2. 次を選択します **PowerShell**、設定し **次のユーザーとして実行** を次に設定します: **SYSTEM**、そして次を設定し **スケジュール** を次に設定します: **一度だけ実行**.
3. 次の内容をスクリプト本文に貼り付けます:

shutdown.exe /r /t 60 /c "Restarting to activate Aikido Device Protection"
```

4. クリック **保存**をクリックし、その後 **展開** インストーラーを受け取った同じデバイス グループに。

エージェントは次回の起動時に完全に有効化されます。

## トラブルシューティング

| 問題                           | 修正                                                                                                     |
| ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| スクリプト実行後、デバイスがダッシュボードに表示されない | デバイスを再起動してください。次回の起動時にエージェントが完全に登録されます                                                                 |
| MDM コンソールでスクリプトがエラーで終了する     | 完全なエラーを確認するため、テストホストでスクリプトを SYSTEM として手動実行してください。また、インストーラーをダウンロードするためにデバイスがインターネットにアクセスできることを確認してください |
| エージェントサービスが実行されていない          | デバイスを再起動してください。サービスがまだ存在しない場合は、インストールスクリプトを再実行してください                                                   |
| 実行ポリシーによってスクリプトがブロックされている    | MDM 経由で実行されるスクリプトは SYSTEM として実行され、ユーザーレベルの実行ポリシー制限を回避します。MDM がスクリプト実行を制限する追加のポリシーを適用していないことを確認してください   |
| インストール後、デバイスが非アクティブとして表示される  | エージェントが完全に有効化されるには再起動が必要です。再起動後に確認してください                                                               |
